Extension icon not visible

Problem: Can't find the Humble Hoarder icon in the toolbar.

Solution: Click the puzzle piece icon in your browser toolbar and pin Humble Hoarder to make it always visible.

Library not syncing

Problem: Library data is not updating.

Solution: Refresh the page or restart your browser. Ensure that you are logged into Humble Bundle in the same browser.

I own a bundle or item, but it's not showing as owned

Problem: Search function returns no results or incorrect results.

Solution: Re-sync your library by clicking the "Sync Library" button in the extension, then refresh the page. If it still does not work please contact support and provide the product owned and the product store link so it can be looked into.

HOARD-IT button not appearing

Problem: Sometimes the HOARD-IT button does not appear on the download page.

Solution: Refresh the page - this usually fixes the issue. Note that the button will only appear for downloads, not for claiming steam codes or other redeemable codes.
